Ready to move this autumn? Whether you’re taking on the 10K challenge, going steady with the 5K, joining the little pumpkins for the 1K family dash or bringing your four legged friend for the doggy run; the Pumpkin Run is your chance to make memories, get active and enjoy the season together.
Pumpkin Run in Colchester!
Run through scenic fields, past pumpkins and through the pumpkin corn trail, in a race made for all abilities. With traffic free farm tracks and a mostly flat course, it's perfect whether you're chasing a personal best or just here for the autumn vibes.
Join us and soak up the atmosphere in the run and event village – it’s more than a race, it’s a full seasonal experience.

Need to know
Timings:
08:00 Registration opens
09:30 10k starts,
9:45 5k starts
11:00 1k starts
11:30 Doggy race starts
Entrants for the race must be aged 11 years or older for the 5k
and 14 years or older for the 10k on race day.
There is no age limit for the 1k but runners under 6 need parental supervision
(Parents or guardians who have run the 5 or 10k and have a race bib will not need a ticket for the 1k)
The Event Village will be open from 08:00.
Further details regarding race packs will be made available nearer the event.
