The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to lead our marketing efforts while also supporting administrative tasks across our businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and creative individual to shape the role and make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, and ensuring our brand is well represented across social media, events, and partnerships. Alongside marketing, you’ll assist with key administrative duties to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead social media strategy—creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content
✔ Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
✔ Develop and distribute marketing materials
✔ Gather and showcase customer testimonials and case studies
✔ Engage with influencers, schools, and clubs for marketing outreach
✔ Assist in planning and promoting seasonal events (Pumpkin Run, Sunflower Patch, and other events)
✔ Support admin tasks: handling enquiries, monitoring inboxes, and filing key documents
✔ Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
