How do I get there?

Is there parking?
There is plenty of free parking on site. All cars are parked at own risk.
Where do I register?
There will be a registration tent where you will need to show your ticket and you will be given your race pack before competing in the run.
Registration opens at 08:00.
What time are the events?
The 10k starts at 9:30 am.
The 5k starts at 10:00 am.
The 1k starts at 11:30 am.
What is the entry fee?
10k = £25
5k = £25
1k = £12.50 (Parents or guardians who have run the 5 or 10k and have a race bib will not need a ticket for the 1k)
Can I purchase a ticket on the day?
All entries to the race must be pre-booked. Book your entries here!
What should I wear?
Something comfortable and appropriate footwear. Please check the weather in advance and dress accordingly.
You can pre-order a pumpkin run t-shirt or we will be selling them on the day!
Are there toilets on site?
We have portable toilets on site.
We do not have any changing facilities. We do not have anywhere on site to store valuables;
we advise you leave these at home.
Is there a time limit on the run?
There is a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes if you are running the 5k and 2 hours for the 10k.
Will there be refreshments?
We will have hot and cold refreshments. The refreshment stand will accept both cash and card. Alternatively, you are welcome to picnic in the event village.
Who is the pumpkin run aimed at age wise?
Entrants for the race must be aged 11 years or older for the 5k and 14 years or older for the 10k on race day. There is no age limit for the 1k and is a great family day out - runners under 6 will need parental supervision!
We advise one adult to every 4 children and parents and guardians are responsible for children whilst on site and on route.
Can I use headphones/earphones?
In ear Headphones are banned from the race. Bone conducting headphones though are permitted as per England Athletics rules – so long as you can still hear marshal instructions clearly.
Can I spectate?
We love seeing spectators cheering and they are welcome in the event village! You won’t be able to see the whole course and race, but you will be able to see the start and finish lines.
We do ask that you keep within the spectator areas for your own safety; only those with a race number can run the course.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on site. This excludes service dogs.
What happens if I need to cancel my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable including where unable to attend due to illness or injury or a scheduling conflict. Pumpkin Patch Farms Ltd will only offer refunds in the event of cancelling or postponing the Pumpkin Run.
