The Pumpkin Run - The Best Autumnal Essex Running Event

Run through scenic fields in Colchester, past pumpkins and through the pumpkin corn trail, in a race made for all abilities. With traffic free farm tracks and a mostly flat course, it's perfect whether you're chasing a personal best or just here for the autumn vibes.

Bring your club, colleagues or running group for a day of fresh air, friendly competition and autumn atmosphere. With scenic trails, chip timing and plenty of post race cheer, it is the perfect start of season bonding event.

Need to know

Timings:
08:00 Registration opens
09:30 10k starts
09:35 5k starts
11:00 1k starts

Entrants for the race must be aged 11 years or older for the 5k
and 14 years or older for the 10k on race day.
There is no age limit for the 1k but runners under 6 need parental supervision
(Parents or guardians will not need a ticket for the 1k)

The Event Village will be open from 08:00.
Further details regarding race packs will be made available nearer the event.
