It all starts in spring. We plant thousands of seeds at our farms in Colchester and Basildon. By summer, the fields are filling with orange, white, green and stripy pumpkins ready for harvest. We hand-pick every pumpkin ourselves! We look for strong stems, good colour and no bruises. They’re then washed, sorted and packed right here on the farm.
