Our Story
Foxes Farm sits on the same Colchester farmland where Guy and Emily French started growing pumpkins back in 2007, and where Essex's first Pick Your Own Pumpkin Patch opened in 2015.
After ten fantastic years and countless family memories, we made the decision to move on from pumpkin growing and events, and channel that same passion for welcoming people onto the farm into an exciting new chapter: a private pickleball court, a private PT studio, dog walking fields and a dog barn, and commercial units to let.
Our private PT studio is hired by the hour, exclusively for personal trainers and their clients - no long-term contracts and no joining fees, just flexible access whenever you need it. Whether you're training clients early in the morning or fitting in evening sessions, the studio gives Colchester and the wider Essex area a private, state-of-the-art space to work from, with up-to-date equipment, free parking, and the fresh air of a working farm as standard.
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, and our private court in Colchester is a brilliant place to book a session with friends or family, whatever your level.
